Access scope restriction

We acknowledge this integration is limited to reporting endpoints only. We will not attempt to access other endpoints.

Confidentiality & credential handling

We will treat QUBS documentation and credentials as confidential, store secrets securely, and rotate credentials on staff changes.

Security controls

We implement least-privilege access, MFA, secure SDLC practices, and maintain audit logs.

No sensitive data in logs

We will not log patient identifiers or clinical content in plaintext.

Incident notification

We will notify QUBS promptly of any incident that may impact QUBS systems or data.
