Clinic workflow and reporting updates
Updates to referrer lookup for selected organisations, report templates and worklists, plus fixes for form catalogues, worksheet responses, report recovery, AI editing and image requests.

HealthLink lookup follows access and directory availability
Eligible staff editing a saved referrer see HealthLink lookup for the first associated clinic only when the directory is ready and the organisation has access. If the directory becomes unavailable, further requests are declined. Messaging addresses use the directory's named details. Available to selected organisations.
Report template previews use supplied typography
When report typography is supplied, the template editor and preview use it, including the preview's paragraph spacing. Without it, the preview retains its existing style.
Worklist data stays with the current context
When attachments for the same appointment load at the same time, duplicate loads can be avoided. Successfully loaded structured addendum information can be reused for the same report. Changing workspace context keeps late results from earlier loads from replacing current worklist data.

Form catalogue checks for newly published forms
On subsequent catalogue requests, forms published elsewhere, including shared forms, can appear without waiting for an older catalogue copy to expire.
Worksheet templates stay out of completed responses
The appointment quick view and sonographer workspace recognise structured HTML or JSON worksheet responses, but do not count files named worksheet.html or worksheet.htm as completed responses. When no file type is recorded, the file name can be used to identify a response.
Report recovery checks respect report status
When you open a report normally, recovery checks wait for a non-final report with a valid base version. In the workspace, checks are skipped for read-only final reports or when no recovery identity exists.
AI report edits prompt review when needed
If the editor cannot highlight changes and the original report is still current, you must review a preview and cannot skip it for that AI run. If the source report has changed, you are prompted to run AI again. If an attempted change cannot be confirmed or restored, further AI editing pauses until you refresh the報告.
Image requests respect rate-limit responses
When a request for an image or its details is rate-limited, it is not automatically retried. Any retry timing included in the response is retained.
