All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), excluding GST. There is no charge at sign-up. Your first subscription charge is on your clinic's go-live/start date, with monthly billing from then.

How pricing works

How your monthly cost is built: Your selected plan includes the scans or studies shown on its card. Additional scans or studies use the excess rate shown on that card. All plans support multiple sites; location count does not determine the plan price.

One billable study is one modality within one appointment: two ultrasound examinations count as one study; CT and ultrasound count as two. Imported studies count towards monthly usage. Corrections and reuploads of the same study count once. PACS storage is included in the existing plans.

Choose by service: Radiology plans cover mixed-modality clinics, CT, MRI, mammography and bone density, including mobile CT. Ultrasound plans cover ultrasound, OB-GYN ultrasound and mobile ultrasound. X-Ray plans cover X-Ray and mobile X-Ray. For a mobile service offering a mix of modalities, ask the team to confirm the plan.

SMS and fax usage rates and other add-on prices and optional support prices are listed below. Check your selected plan's inclusions. If your clinic uses HealthLink or Medical Objects, it supplies its own network account. QUBS charges no setup or usage fee for these integrations, but provider fees may apply.

Changing systems? Plan your RIS migration and ask for a written scope covering any migration charge. The Service Agreement covers data export during your subscription and a copy on termination.

Monthly ultrasound example: On the 100-study ultrasound plan, 120 billable studies and 120 successfully generated AI reports cost A$499 base + (20 additional studies × A$4.99) + (120 AI reports × A$0.80) = A$694.80 excluding GST. GST is A$69.48, bringing the total to A$764.28. This example includes the optional AI reporting add-on and excludes other optional services, third-party fees and any agreed setup or migration charges.

The Support Policy describes basic email support with a response target of two business days. Normal QUBS hours are 6am-5pm AWST, Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Paid coverage differs by tier; Premium is listed below with 24/7 support.

Confirm critical-incident definitions, how to raise and escalate an incident, and recovery arrangements for your selected support tier before committing.

AI processing and data use

AI features are optional. When enabled, QUBS processes your inputs to generate AI outputs. QUBS currently does not use clinic data to train or improve AI features. QUBS will notify clinics if that practice changes.

The Service Agreement, sections 5.6-5.8, requires human review of AI outputs. It permits QUBS to use Customer Data to develop and improve AI features, with reasonable efforts to de-identify or aggregate data where feasible.

The agreement says patient health information is sent to third-party AI vendors only when you explicitly enable that processing and appropriate safeguards are in place. You can disable AI features; changes apply prospectively. Review the Privacy Policy's AI features section alongside the agreement before enabling AI.

Count all clinics your imaging service supports, including your own. Sign-up accepts 1, 2-5, 6-10, 11-25 or 26+ clinics. If your count is not covered by these options, enquire with our team.

You own your data! We ensure you can use QUBS because you love it, not because your data is locked in.

We retain your data, including DICOM images and attachments, as long as you maintain an active subscription with us.
